Ingredients
1poundcrab meat
3celery stalks, sliced
2green onions, sliced
1cupmayonnaise
1 tablespoonOld Bay seasoning
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoonhot sauce(optional)
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, celery, and green onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce (if using). Add salt & pepper to taste.
Gently fold the mayonnaise mixture into the crab mixture. Mix until well combined.
Cover & refrigerate the crab salad for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
