Ingredients

  • 3 pounds turkey wings
  • 2 small onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Season the wings with the seasoned salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, thyme, and garlic. 
  • Pour 1/2 cup of water into a large baking dish. Place the seasoned turkey wings, onion, and bell pepper in the dish. 
  • over and bake at 350 until done, approximately 60 to 75 minutes.
