This Easy Turkey Gravy is made with fresh turkey drippings, turkey stock and delicious herbs making it perfect for holiday feasts!

Ingredients
4tbspturkey drippings
1 1/2tbspall purpose flour
1cupturkey stock
1tbspunsalted butter
salt
pepper
rosemary and/or thymeif desired
Instructions
Heat fat in a skillet over medium heat.
Whisk in flour, ensuring it browns without burning, for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Gradually whisk in stock, cooking for 3-4 minutes to thicken. Turn off heat and stir in butter, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
If too thick, thin with additional turkey stock, 1 tablespoon at a time. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remember to whisk continuously while adding flour to fat, and add liquid slowly to avoid lumps.
Notes
To reheat, add gravy to a pot over low heat and whisk to make sure it stays smooth. You can add a bit more stock if it is too thick.You can also store in the fridge until you want to enjoy.
