Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless spiral ham
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Remove ham from any packaging, wrap it completely in foil paper, and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by whisking brown sugar, pineapple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  • After 15 minutes, carefully open the foil and brush ½ of the glaze on the ham, brushing in between the slices. Cover the ham with the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once the time is up, remove the foil paper and pour the remaining glaze on top.
  • Optional step: If you want a little char on your ham edges, continue to cook ham, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
