Crockpot Pork Chops, Apples & Onions

Equipment

  • 1 slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork chops
  • 1 large apple, sliced
  • 1 onion sliced (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Pour the broth into the slow cooker.
  • Season the pork chops with the salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, pepper, and cinnamon. Add the pork chops to the slow cooker.
  • Top the pork chops with the sliced onion, apple, and butter. 
  • Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
