Ingredients
16ouncescooked corn(frozen or canned)
8ouncesbacon, chopped
1bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1tablespoonCreole or Cajun seasoning
1/2cup heavy cream
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until it's crisp to your liking, approximately 10 minutes. Remove bacon & place on a paper towel lined plate.
Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the corn and Creole or Cajun seasoning. Mix until well blended. Stir in the heavy cream. Cook 7-10 minutes on low to medium heat.
