Ingredients
12ouncesfrozen broccoli, thawed
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cupFrench fried onions
3/4cupmayonnaise
110.5-ounce cancream of mushroom soup
1/3cup onion, diced
1/2cupmilk of your choice
1/2teaspoondried thyme
1/2 teaspoonpepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 8x11-inch baking dish generously with cooking spray.
In a medium-size bowl, add the milk, cream of mushroom soup, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add the onion, broccoli, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions (if using).
Cover with foil and bake approximately 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
