Ingredients
16ouncesboneless pork chops
1tablespoonoil of your choice
1 1/2teaspoonssalt (or more)
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonpepper
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
Rinse & pat the pork chops dry. n a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush both sides of each pork chop with the oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops. Gently rub the seasonings into the meat.
Add the seasoned pork chops to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook 12-15 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through. The exact cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops and the how your air fryer heats. You'll know the pork chops are done when the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a 5 minutes before serving. Season salt and pepper to taste.
