Cook and crumble bacon; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9 casserole dish.
Whisk together eggs and milk with salt and pepper; set aside.
Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet, drain and set aside.
Prepare gravy as per packet instructions; set aside.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in the greased dish.
Layer sausage and bacon over biscuits, then add 1 cup cheese.
Pour whisked eggs, then gravy over the top, finishing with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 50 minutes until biscuits and eggs are set. Serve warm.
