Slow Cooker Green Bean Casserole

Slow cooker green bean casserole is a fuss-free version of a classic dish. Free up your oven this holiday season and make this famous side dish in the Crock-P

Equipment

  • 1 2-quart slow cooker
  • Cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cut green beans (cooked)
  • 1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of mushroom
  • 1 1/3 cup French fried onions, divided
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray. 
  • Drain & rinse the green beans and add them to the slow cooker. 
  • Add the cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 of the French fried onions, and salt & pepper to taste. Stir to mix well. 
  • Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6. 
  • Top with remaining French Fried onions.  Cover but se the lid ajar. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until the fried onions are heated through.
