Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless cooked ham, cubed (2 cups)
  • ¼ cup (13g) onion, diced
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickled relish
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped (to garnish)

Instructions

  • Add ham, celery, and onion into a food processor bowl and blitz with several pulses until coarsely chopped.
  • Transfer the ham mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Add mayo, mustard, relish, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover deviled ham with plastic wrap and chill for at least half an hour before serving. Garnish with dill and serve.

Notes

  • Use diced ham instead of chopping it in the food processor for a chunkier texture.
  • Shred, cut, or finely chop all the ingredients before blending unless you want big chunks of pickles and onion in your spread.
