Ingredients
1 1/2poundsbeef stew meat or beef sirloin cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
2cupsbeef broth
2clovesgarlic, minced
1 1/2teaspoons Italian seasoning(or another dried herb)
Add the broth, garlic, and seasonings to the slow cooker. Stir until blended. Add the beef.
Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8.
In a small bowl mix together the flour and water. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and stir. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes on HIGH or until gravy has thickened to your liking.
