Ingredients
1pound shrimp
1poundred potatoes, diced
15 ouncescanned corn, drained & rinsed
14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 tablespoonsOld Bay seasonings
3 tablespoonsbutter
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced potatoes. Cook approximately 10 minutes until soft. Season with salt & pepper as needed. Once soft, remove the potatoes and set aside.
Add the smoked sausage & onion. Cook 3-5 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add more butter if needed.
Stir in the corn & shrimp. Cook a few minutes until the shrimp is no longer pink.
Add the potatoes and the Old Bay seasonings. Mix until the seasoning is evenly distributed. Cook a few minutes until the potatoes are heated through.
