Southern Vinegar Based Coleslaw

Southern vinegar based coleslaw is a quick yet tasty coleslaw where the dressing is primarily made with vinegar, rather than mayonnaise. This mayo-free slaw is a healthier alternative to traditional coleslaw but not lacking in flavor. Using simple ingredients like cabbage, carrots, vinegar, and oil, this easy coleslaw can be tailored to your liking
