1poundground beef
1poundground sausage
1/2cupbreadcrumbs
1/3cup grated Parmesan cheese
2largeeggs
1/2cuponiondiced
3garlic cloves(minced)
2tablespoonsdried Parsley
1teaspoon salt(or more)
1teaspoonpepper
Instructions
In a medium-size bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Shape into evenly round meatballs, approximately 3 tablespoons of meat each.
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Place the prepared meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one to ensure even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
