Easy Baked Meatballs

This easy baked meatballs recipe comes togehter quickly and is packed with flavor. Perfect for date nights or weeknight family dinners, meatballs is a classic recipe that you can serve anytime. Tailor these meatballs to your liking, with your preferred proteins. Great for meal prep, you can make these ahead of time!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium-size bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Shape into evenly round meatballs, approximately 3 tablespoons of meat each. 
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Place the prepared meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one to ensure even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
