Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Slow cooker creamed corn is an easy side dish that can be served at your next holiday or Sunday dinner. Free up your oven or stove-top and make this tasty corn dish in your Crock-Pot!

Equipment

  • 1 2-quart slow cooker
  • Cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 2 16-ounce bags of frozen corn or 4 cans of canned corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray. 
  • Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix as well as you can. 
  • Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6. 
  • Stir before serving. 

Notes

Creamed corn will thicken as it cools.
