Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (approximately 2.5 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons oil of your choice (or melted butter)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • t teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small box, mix together the paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper. 
  • Drizzle the oil over all the chicken pieces. Using your hands, coat each piece of chicken evenly with the spice mixture. 
  • Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish, skin side up.  
  • Cover and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature 165°F.
