6chicken thighs(approximately 2.5 pounds)
2tablespoonsoil of your choice(or melted butter)
2teaspoonspaprika
1 1/2teaspoonsdried thyme
1 1/2teaspoonssalt(or more)
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
tteaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small box, mix together the paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.
Drizzle the oil over all the chicken pieces. Using your hands, coat each piece of chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish, skin side up.
