Ham Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo or sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 celery stalk Diced.
- 1/4 cup diced onions I used red onions.
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Taste repeatedly and adjust the spices to suit your taste.
- Serve chilled or warm.
