What Type of Peaches to Use

It’s best to use ripe but firm peaches. Look for peaches that are fragrant and yield slightly to gentle pressure, indicating ripeness. You’ll want to avoid overly soft or mushy peaches, as they may become too delicate and fall apart on the grill.

Grill Temperature

Medium-high temperature, around 350°F to 400°F works well.

How To Tell When They’ve Finished Grilling

The peaches will become tender and juicy. Use a fork or tongs to gently press on the flesh. It should yield slightly but still hold its shape. Avoid overcooking, as this can cause the peaches to become mushy.
