Ingredients For Easy Baked Meatballs

  • Ground Beef
  • Ground Sausage
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Seasonings: dried parsley, salt, pepper
  • Pasta Sauce (optional for serving) 

How To Make Easy Baked Meatballs

  1. In a medium-size bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Shape into evenly round meatballs, approximately 3 tablespoons of meat each. 
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Place the prepared meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one to ensure even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  3. Serve the cooked meatballs with your favorite sauce.

What Type Of Meat To Use

This easy meatball recipe uses a combination of ground beef and ground pork sausage. I encourage you to use ingredients that fit your dietary needs and budget. Meaning, make substitutions if needed. If you do not eat pork, use all ground beef. Feeling fancy? Swap in ground veal. Or avoid red meat all together and make these ground turkey meatballs.
