- Beef Sirloin or Beef Stew Meat

- Beef Broth

How To Make Beef Tips & Rice
- Add the broth, garlic, and seasonings to the slow cooker. Stir until blended. Season the beef generously with salt & pepper. Add the beef to the slow cooker.
- Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8.
- In a small bowl mix together the flour and water. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and stir. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes on HIGH or until gravy has thickened to your liking.
- Serve over cooked rice.

I have made stew beef and rice SO many time in my life. I decided to try something different and came across this recipe. I will never make this meaql any different. Everyone LOVED it. I used 2.5 lbs of stew meat and everything waqs consumned by my family. Thank you very much for sharing.
