Cajun Seasoning & Mustard
The star of this Cajun inspired coleslaw is the Cajun seasoning and the Cajun mustard. I used store-bought seasoning & mustard but you can also make your own. There’s only 1 tablespoon of Cajun mustard in this dish so you may feel it’s not worth it to buy a bottle just for this recipe. If this is the case, a good substitute is stone ground mustard or Dijon mustard.
